Frequently Asked Questions

All of our jackets give an indication of the type of fit they are in the description. You can also refer to our size guide for the approximate measurements for each size.
To change your order details please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not already be despatched we will try to change the item for the correct size, or colour. Contact us with your order reference number and the details you wish to change.
We send all orders in plain, non-branded outer packaging. We feel this keeps the order secure during transit and is perfect for keeping gifts secret.

We try to process returns as quickly as possible and normally process them the day we receive the returned items. You will receive an email notification once your refund, or exchange is complete.

Accepted with in 14 days always keep in mind that buyer will have to pay return postage.

You will have to pay the costs of sending the order back to us. We can’t refund any postage and packing charges if you cancel with in 14 days. 

Contact us and let us know your item is faulty. You can drop your order into one of our stores or return items via post. Please choose a courier that offers a signed-for delivery service, as proof of postage does not guarantee proof of receipt by Lakeland Leather. Upon receipt, our Customer Care team assess all returns and if faulty we will issue a replacement and a refund of your return postage.
